My Journey
For more than 20 years, I have led companies, developed new business models, and built and transformed teams – in Europe, the USA, and Asia.
I have shaped growth in markets that have changed faster than any strategy paper.
And I experienced what it means to bear responsibility: to make decisions under uncertainty. To not just plan results, but to deliver them.
If necessary, to achieve the turnaround.
This experience continues to shape my work today, because I know what change feels like in reality.
You can’t move forward without new knowledge
I didn’t want to rely on the knowledge I had accumulated over the years.
I wanted a deeper understanding of what truly makes companies future-ready today - in a world that’s changing faster than ever.
Not out of curiosity alone.
But out of responsibility.
That’s why I went back to university. Not as a young adult this time, but as an experienced CEO.
I wanted to challenge my practical experience against the latest academic insights and discuss them with people outside my day-to-day reality.
The Executive Academy at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the visionary Tomorrow University in Berlin offered the perfect combination: cutting-edge knowledge and ongoing dialogue on sustainability, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence.
Today, I bring scientific depth together with entrepreneurial practice because effective strategy requires both. Real impact happens when knowledge meets experience.
I believe in lifelong learning and in the power of clarity, conviction, and curiosity to drive meaningful, long-lasting change.
